We advise and represent unions and associations on all labour relations matters before labour relations boards, arbitrators, and the Courts. We have represented unions and associations in many different grievance arbitrations including disciplinary, contractual, and accommodation disputes under collective agreements, in interest arbitrations in both the public and private sector, in a wide variety of complaints and applications filed under the Labour Relations Code and the Police Officers Collective Bargaining Act, and on Reviews to the Alberta Labour Relations Board and Judicial Reviews before the Courts. We also conduct independent workplace / harassment investigations on behalf of employers and other organizations.
