Kelli is a partner with the law firm Seveny Scott, practicing labour, employment and professional regulatory law. Kelli represents employees in all aspects of employment law, including wrongful dismissal, accommodation and privacy issues. Kelli also assists members of professional associations with regulatory concerns such as those relating to accreditation, investigation and discipline. As well, she advises and represents unions and associations in all matters relating to labour relations.

Kelli has a strong background in the area of general civil litigation and maintains a litigation practice related to labour and employment, privacy and human rights issues. She has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen's Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal and has acted as junior counsel on matters brought before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Kelli is also a speaker for Lancaster House.

Kelli was awarded the William G.C. Howland Award of Excellence Scholarship at Osgoode Hall Law School before returning to Alberta to complete her legal degree at the University of Calgary. While in Calgary, Kelli acted as Co-Editor in Chief of the Petroleum Edition of the Alberta Law Review.
